Snow Much Fun!

We got to enjoy our first big snow of the winter!  The kids couldn't wait (Daisy too), to go outside and play in the snow.  We had to make them come in, otherwise they would've played until their fingers froze off! 



Holiday Hoopla...continued!

We spent Christmas Eve with my husband's family, and were able to spend Christmas Day with mine! So blessed to be able to spend the Holidays with our loving families...

 Next stop...Christmas with Papaw D and Grandmaw Karen!  My sister and her two boys, were able to come up from Tennesse to celebrate with us!  Lots of excitement in the house!

Holiday Hoopla!

Picking up where we left off...here we go!  Christmas Day, is still somewhat fresh in my memory.  Of course we were up at the crack of dawn, to see what Santa (wink, wink) had brought for the kids!  Greyson and Korenna were filled with such joy and excitement, as they came down the stairs to find the "Christ"mas tree all lit up and presents flowing under the tree! 

Christmas morning with the kids...Greyson loves Rescue Bots! He was such a good boy, that Santa brought him the entire collection!

 Since Korenna is going to be a big sister soon, Santa brought her a baby doll to practice taking care of!  Baby also came with a stroller, baby carrier, and of course...clothes!

Dear Greyson and Korenna,

Your Daddy and I delight in seeing your eyes light up with excitement!  Christmas morning is probably more exciting for us, than it is for you! We love and adore you, and can't wait to celebrate many more Christmases with you!

Dear Santa, I've Been Very, Very Good!

Today, we rounded up the kids and headed out to see Santa! We made it to the mall early enough, in order to allow the kids to enjoy burning some built up energy, on the playground! We knew from previous visits to see Santa, that the line starts to form 30 minutes ahead of his arrival time! We made our way and were able to get a good spot in line....and wait. The time passed quickly, thanks to snacks and advanced technology! The kids were able to entertain themselves, by playing games on our phones.





 



Greyson was excited to talk to Santa.  He told him exactly what he wanted for Christmas!  Korenna on the other hand, saw nothing "jolly" about Santa!  Maybe next year, she won't be so scared of him...

Lights, And More Lights!

Our sweet nephew Blake and niece Camryn, got to come and spend the night with us!  Greyson and Korenna enjoyed getting to play with their cousins all day, and they absolutely wore each other out!  After dinner, we all loaded up and headed out to see the beautiful Christmas lights!  They had a great time, and got to enjoy some warm coco and cookies afterwards!  Such a fun time!

Cookies For Christmas

Greyson and Korenna enjoyed getting to decorate Christmas cookies, but I think they enjoyed getting to taste all the different colored icings, even more!
