Scrambling For Eggs!

Greyson was on a mission...and it was to find more eggs than his older cousins!  This was his very 1st "egg hunt," and he did a great job!  I need to work with him on being a little bit more aggressive though...he's got the drive and seems to be very "coach-able!"

An extra "Thank You" to Aunt Kate for doing such a fabulous job at hiding all of the Easter eggs for the kids!

On The Move!

Just 2 weeks prior to Korenna turning 9 months old, she cut her top 2 teeth and started crawling!  I'm so thankful that I was on spring break at the time and was able to witness her crawling!  Greyson is starting to understand/realize that sissy can go after him and take objects away from him!  Oh boy, it's only the beginning!

A Kiss Will Make It Better

Our baby girl has proved that she's a tough girl!  She's been in constant misery with ear infections in both ears on and off, the entire winter!  Don't be alarmed!  We've stayed on top of her trip(S) to the doctor as soon as we notice her pulling on/digging in her ears.  After having her to take a third type of antibiotic that didn’t work, we asked our pediatrician to refer us to an ENT…enough said.  After seeing the ENT doctor a few times, he highly recommended her having tubes put in her ears.  That’s exactly what we did…We finished our check up with him on Monday, and got scheduled for the procedure to take place 3 days later on Thursday.  
The morning of the procedure (today), we checked her in at 6:30 AM...everything went perfect!  We were in and out in no time!  The doctor said that she had a significant amount of fluid in both ears, even though she just finished up a round of antibiotics the week before!  So glad we were able to get this all taken care of!  She’s as good as new, now!

 Once we got home, she was back in action!  Amazing how quick she recovered!

Playing Around The Playground

Finally this past weekend we had warm weather and both the kids were feeling in good health!  We gathered up sippy cups, snacks, hats, spare clothes, plenty of extra diapers and headed to a fabulous park just around the corner from my parents home.  Apparently we weren't the only ones that sought to enjoy the spring like weather (uncommon in Ohio), it was busy!  It's such a huge playground, that Greyson was overwhelmed and wasn't sure what to do first!  He's also a bit like his mother, and likes to "people watch."  Korenna enjoyed being pushed in her stroller and was content with just swinging on the swing set...looking forward to many more days at the playground!

 Our lives are full of smiles and joy!!
