I Think I'm Ready For The Pro Circuit!

On our evening walks, Greyson loves being pulled in his wagon by Daddy...but whenever Daddy put together his little car...oh my!  He loves it even more!  Our evening walks are quite hysterical these days!

Greyson Has Been Promoted To Big Brother

Our precious little boy Greyson, is now a "Big Brother!"  My husband is an excellent big brother, & I'm lucky to have a big brother...I've always looked up to my older brother, and it's my wish that Korenna will also look up to her big brother, Greyson.

Ever since we've brought Baby Korenna home from the hospital, Greyson has done nothing but kiss on her, play with her fingers and toes, and poked at her little nose.  He's very curious whenever she starts to cry, and he's even started to imitate her!  We've been coaching him on the word "sister."  So now whenever we ask "where's your sister?"  He's able to point her out.
 He loves kissing her...
He loves touching her fingers & toes....

He also likes taking away her bottle & binky...

He's even been caught sucking on her binky...

Fresh From Heaven

Love is a new addition to our family...Korenna Lee was born on Wednesday, July 21st, 2010 at 1:17 pm.
What another wonderful experience we had in welcoming our gift from heaven.  Since baby Korenna was breeched, a scheduled c-section was our only option for a safe delivery.  After already experiencing a c-section with Greyson (for the same reason), we knew exactly what to expect.  The entire day was almost identical to the day that Greyson was born.  Except this time, we had to make arrangements for someone to be with our little Greyson.  We were fortunate enough that Brandon's mom (Grandma Carole), was available to come up from W.V. to stay with us and watch Greyson.
As we excitedly arrived at the hospital and checked in, all ran just like clockwork for us.  Once again, Brandon was able to stay with me the entire time up until they prepared me for surgery.  He was then allowed to come in, as soon as they were ready to begin.
After the surgery and baby Korenna was checked over, we were all then sent into recovery, and from there we were finally sent to our room.  That evening, excited grandparents and anxious friends finally got to meet Baby Korenna for the first time!
